William Amsler, born 1991 in Marseille, France, studied in the Film school SATIS (Aix-marseille University) sound engineering for film, video and multimedia (2013-2016)
After graduating, I decided to focus in the field of sound design. With that in mind, I started a new master in electro-acoustic composition with Professor Robin Minard at the University of Music Franz Listz Weimar (2016-2019)
During those years I had the opportunity to enlarge my sound world by learning acousmatic music composition, multichannel diffusion & composition, field-recording, sound design for installation, live-electronic and programming.
My projects oscillate between documentary, fiction, commercial and audiovisual installations, which gave me the opportunity to work with people from different countries and influences.
I am currently based in Paris
